Only one available — one-of-a-kind.

A madder red field planted with trees and no border at all — the design runs straight off all four edges. Weeping willows are drawn as vertical stems with horizontal arms drooping under rows of small serrated leaves, in cream, orange and indigo; between them stand upright cypress cones in gold and navy, and flowering sprays fill the gaps. A single tall stem runs up the centre line the full length of the runner, with the willows and cypresses arranged symmetrically to either side of it.

Hand-knotted in wool. The absence of a border is the striking decision here: without a frame the rug reads as a cutting from a much larger garden rather than a finished picture, which suits a runner, since a corridor is itself a passage through rather than a place to stop. The red ground carries visible abrash, wide horizontal banding where one dye lot gave way to the next. At 80×298cm this is a runner for a corridor or a landing, and the deep red is practical for a space that gets real use.

100% wool pile, hand-knotted, with a natural fringe at both ends. Wool is resilient and forgiving underfoot, which makes this a practical choice for a corridor that gets real use.

The abrash banding in the red ground is a feature of hand-spun, small-lot dyed wool rather than a fault, and it will not even out over time. With no border to protect them, the long edges of this rug take wear directly — worth keeping it clear of a doorway that will catch a corner.

Bid majnun means weeping willow, and the willows are the combs: a straight vertical stem with horizontal arms hanging off it, each arm carrying a row of small serrated leaves that read as drooping foliage. Set against them are cypresses, drawn as upright cones and never bending, and flowering trees between. That contrast is the whole idea. In Persian garden imagery the willow mourns and the cypress endures, so a field that alternates them is a garden holding both grief and permanence at once, which is why the design turns up on so many pieces made for serious rooms. The other decision worth noticing is what is missing: there is no border anywhere. A framed rug presents its field as a picture; a borderless one presents it as a fragment, as though the garden continues past the edges in every direction. On a runner that reads particularly well, since a corridor is itself a passage through rather than a place to stop.
