Where we ship

We ship worldwide from our workshop in Tokyo, Japan — to Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and 19 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.

Shipping rates

Japan

• Standard delivery — Free
• Express delivery — ¥3,762

International

• Free shipping on orders of ¥150,000 or more (approx. $1,000 / £790 / €920)
• Orders below that — ¥15,000 flat rate (approx. $99 / £79 / €92)

Prices are displayed in your local currency (JPY, USD, GBP, EUR) based on your region. Converted amounts are approximate and move with exchange rates. Your card issuer may apply its own foreign transaction fee.

Delivery times

• Japan — dispatched within 3–5 business days, then 1–3 business days in transit
• International — dispatched within 3–5 business days, then 7–15 business days in transit

Every order ships with tracking.

Import duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Japan may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. Please contact us before ordering for details.

If an international parcel is refused or not collected, the outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Delays

Delivery may be delayed by weather, customs inspection, or carrier circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for such delays, but we will always help you track and resolve any issue.
