How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery within Japan takes a further 1–3 business days (standard shipping is free); international transit takes 7–15 business days.

What is your return policy?

Defective or incorrect items are returned at our cost. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (Japan) or 30 days (international) for unused items in original packaging. For full details, please see our Returns & Refunds page.

Are your rugs really handmade?

Yes — 100% of our rugs are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Each piece is unique, and slight variations in size and color are natural characteristics of authentic handmade rugs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and 19 European countries. International shipping is free on orders over ¥150,000 and a ¥15,000 flat rate below that. Import duties and VAT are the customer's responsibility.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check order status by logging into your account.
