In Japan, standard delivery is free and orders ship within 3–5 business days. Express delivery is available for ¥3,762.

We also ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and 19 EU countries. Delivery times depend on the destination; please contact us if you need a date.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in Japan and 30 days for international orders. For change-of-mind returns the rug must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, and the customer pays the return shipping.
