A deep burgundy-red field is filled with an all-over lattice of small hooked diamonds — worked in cream, gold and blue — in this hand-knotted Pakistani Bokhara, in the timeless manner of the Turkmen Ersari weavers. Bands of diamond and reciprocal borders frame the field, closing with an elem (skirt) of stylised trees.

Hand-knotted in Pakistan from fine wool, the pile is dense and finely knotted, giving sharp definition to every motif and border. Coloured with natural dyes and worked entirely by hand, the tones glow with gentle abrash and every motif is drawn a little differently — the honest mark of a genuine one-of-a-kind, hand-made piece.

This Ersari ‘Bokhara’ follows an all-over lattice design — rows of small hooked diamonds in cream, gold and blue across a deep burgundy-red field, framed by Turkmen borders and an elem of stylised trees. Coloured with natural dyes and worked entirely by hand, every motif is drawn a little differently — the fingerprint of a one-of-a-kind piece.

Shipping is free on orders of ¥150,000 or more (approx. $1,000 / £790 / €920); orders below that ship at a ¥15,000 flat rate (approx. $99 / £79 / €92). Each rug is carefully rolled and wrapped. Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days, then take 7 to 15 business days in transit. Every order ships with tracking. Import duties and taxes may apply in your country; please contact us before ordering for details.

Returns
For a change of mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer and can be expensive from outside Japan, so please ask us about size or colour before you order. If your rug arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us with photos within 30 days of delivery: we pay for the return and send a replacement or a full refund.
