Only one available — one-of-a-kind.

A deep jewel-toned field of mulberry and magenta gives this Gabbeh its quiet drama. Woven as a solid, the colour is never flat: hand-spun wool carries fine striations of plum, berry and wine that shift and glow as the light moves across the pile, like raw silk caught mid-shimmer.

Hand-knotted in Afghanistan from highland wool, the rug draws all its beauty from colour and texture alone, with no pattern to distract from the saturated tone. Naturally dyed and tied knot by knot, the subtle variations are the signature of a single weaver and a true one-of-a-kind, a bold anchor of colour made to last a lifetime.

  • Light shedding is natural for hand-knotted wool and eases with time

Gabbeh rugs come from a centuries-old weaving tradition known for thick pile, hand-spun wool and bold, pared-back designs. This piece takes the simplest possible form, a solid field of colour, and lets a saturated mulberry and magenta do all the work, its surface alive with fine striations of plum and berry.

A jewel-tone rug like this is made to be a statement: glowing against neutral floors and pale walls, or layered into a rich, maximalist room. As a hand-knotted one-of-a-kind, no other rug shares its exact shade or character.
