Fine scrolling vines and open blossoms drift across a pale cream field in willow grey-green and soft gold. The drawing is delicate and continuous, giving the whole rug a light, restful, almost embroidered look.

Hand-knotted in Afghanistan from naturally dyed, hand-spun highland wool, tied knot by knot by a single weaver. Subtle striations in the cream ground are the natural mark of hand-spun yarn and a true one-of-a-kind.

Vacuum regularly without a beater bar, and rotate the rug periodically for even wear
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth; never rub
Professional rug cleaning recommended; avoid harsh chemicals and machine washing
Use a rug pad to prevent slipping and reduce wear
Light shedding is natural for hand-knotted wool and eases with time

A scrolling vine like this comes from classical floral carpets, simplified here into something quieter and more modern. The muted willow and gold tracery sits lightly on the cream ground rather than filling it.

The soft, neutral palette makes it a calm foundation for almost any room. As a hand-knotted one-of-a-kind, no other rug shares its exact drawing and colour.
