Only one available — one-of-a-kind.

A vivid coral red field carries a dense all-over lattice of small diamond medallions and eight-pointed stars, each filled with polychrome florals in green, blue, cream, gold and salmon. The finely knotted, jewel-box repeat gives this square rug a rich, colourful, tribal-classical character.

A broad multi-band border in cream, indigo and gold — running triangles, hooked diamonds and star rosettes — frames the field on all four sides. Hand-knotted in Pakistan from fine, hand-spun wool with an added measure of silk, the pile is closely clipped for crisp definition, and the silk lends the many colours a soft, shifting sheen. Every motif is drawn a little differently — the honest mark of a genuine one-of-a-kind, hand-made piece.

Material: 80 percent hand-spun Afghan wool and 20 percent silk. The wool is naturally rich in lanolin for softness and easy care, while the silk adds a subtle sheen and depth of colour.

Care instructions

  • Vacuum regularly on low suction without a rotating brush.
  • Rotate the rug occasionally so it wears and fades evenly.
  • Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth, working from the outside in, and do not rub.
  • Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to protect the colour.
  • For silk-blend rugs, use a professional rug cleaner for any deep clean.
  • Light shedding is normal with new wool and settles within the first few months.

This finely knotted Jaldar carries a dense all-over lattice of diamonds and eight-pointed stars, each filled with small polychrome florals on a vivid red ground. Hand-knotted in Pakistan from wool blended with silk, the many colours glow softly against the red. Every motif is worked by hand — no two quite alike, the fingerprint of a one-of-a-kind piece.
