Rug material

Only one available — one-of-a-kind.

Subtle turquoise diamond outlines trace across a deep forest teal ground, a quiet Moroccan-inspired geometry that runs the length of the rug. It is calm and grounding, a colour of nature and renewal.

Hand-knotted in Afghanistan from hand-spun wool, the natural variation in the pile creates a gentle play of light and shadow through the day. It pairs beautifully with houseplants, wood, and linen, and as a hand-knotted piece, the weave's small variations make it one of a kind.

Material: 100 percent hand-spun Afghan wool, naturally rich in lanolin, which gives it softness, a subtle sheen, and a natural resistance to everyday dirt and spills.

Care instructions

  • Vacuum regularly on low suction without a rotating brush.
  • Rotate the rug occasionally so it wears and fades evenly.
  • Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth, working from the outside in, and do not rub.
  • Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to protect the colour.
  • Use a professional rug cleaner for any deep clean.
  • Light shedding is normal with new wool and settles within the first few months.

The design is a quiet Moroccan-inspired geometry: subtle turquoise diamond outlines tracing across a deep forest teal ground, restrained enough to feel calm rather than busy. Teal sits among the most grounding of colours, associated with nature and renewal, which makes the rug a natural anchor for a restful room. The hand-spun wool gives a gentle interplay of light and shadow that machine-made rugs cannot replicate, and small variations in colour and weave mark it as the work of a single weaver, one of a kind.
