Only one available — one-of-a-kind.

A soft, natural camel tone runs the length of this hand-knotted Ghazni, gently striated with the lighter and darker strands of lightly-dyed wool. The effect is quiet and organic — a warm neutral that works as a calm foundation under furniture or as a serene space of its own. No pattern, no border: just texture, tone and the natural movement of the wool.

Hand-knotted in Afghanistan from hand-spun wool rich in lanolin, the pile is dense and soft underfoot and naturally resistant to everyday wear. The understated colour comes from the wool itself and gentle natural dyeing, giving a living, faintly-banded surface that no machine-made rug can copy — the mark of a genuine one-of-a-kind piece.

Material: 100 percent hand-spun Afghan wool, naturally rich in lanolin, which gives it softness, a subtle sheen, and a natural resistance to everyday dirt and spills.

Care instructions

  • Vacuum regularly on low suction without a rotating brush.
  • Rotate the rug occasionally so it wears and fades evenly.
  • Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth, working from the outside in, and do not rub.
  • Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to protect the colour.
  • Use a professional rug cleaner for any deep clean.
  • Light shedding is normal with new wool and settles within the first few months.

A plain Gabbeh in the truest sense — the design is the wool. Worked in soft natural camel and taupe with only light dyeing, the field carries the gentle horizontal banding of hand-spun yarn, so it reads as warm and textured rather than flat. Knotted by hand in Afghanistan by a single weaver, every slight shift in tone is genuine and unrepeatable, the quiet signature of a hand-made piece.
